Ipswich Central Partnership (ICP) are community members focused on community-led placemaking in Ipswich Central. Our group of volunteers work in partnership with the three levels of government, local businesses, residents, and other community organisations. We support Ipswich City Council’s vision for Ipswich Central to be the cultural hub and beating heart of our city.

Our members are passionate about revitalising central Ipswich. We manage projects that bring vibrancy into our streetscapes through shaping and activating places which build identity and energy. We aim to stimulate cultural and economic activity in our city heart, ensuring it is well-used, inclusive, and loved by all. Ipswich Central Partnership is proud to be part of the Town Teams Movement! Town Teams Movement enables local communities and governments to connect, organise and act to regenerate the fabric of neighbourhoods and to create better places.
